毎月ではなく、隔月で発売されています。

写真も素敵で、ターゲットは女性なのかもしれませんが特集によっては僕も気になることがあるのでついつい目を通してしまいます。
今回は「習慣」についてでした。
そして、「ゴミを減らす工夫」なんて記事も載っていたのでエコ０２を目指しているスタッフとしては興味深かったです。
そして、毎回読み始めてすぐ、P.10あたりのところに詩のような文章が掲載されています。
これがまたいい文章だったりするんです。
最近、ポエムに興味のある僕には素敵です。
今月号のものを取り上げてみましょう。

早起きは気持ちがいい。
毎朝、朝日を浴びて大きな伸びをひとつ。
私の中の時は、朝を身体に刻んでいく。
頭で考えなくても、身体が動いてしまう、
ついつい、いいことをしてしまう。
そんな私になれたなら。
なりたい自分がいつもの自分。
なんだか歩いていくことがこんなにも楽。
生きている毎日がこんなにも愛おしい。
すぐに諦めないクセも、悪口を言わないクセも、
ささいなことに喜びを見つけるクセも。
もう少し、がんばってみよう！と自分を勇気づける私、
気がついたら、ありがたい、と思う私、
全部全部。
努力して身についた習慣も、
やがてそれが、私そのものになっていく。
生きてくことが気持ちいい毎日は、
気づくころにはきれいな私をつくっていた。
